Must be fixed personnel to operate the fireworks machine equipment, and must be trained by the manufacturer, can master the boot, bag-making procedures, will be simple instrument debugging, change parameters, etc.;
Mechanical instrument debugging personnel must undergo strict training from manufacturers and be able to master instrument performance, work procedures, operation mode, work status, common fault checking and handling;
Untrained personnel are strictly forbidden to operate computer meters. Daily maintenance must ensure that the inside and outside of the computer instrument box is clean and dry; Check the wiring terminals regularly without loosening or shedding. Ensure the smooth flow of circuits and air routes.
Basic cleaning includes:
1. Clean the metering part in time after shutdown.
2. For the hot seal body, it should be cleaned regularly to ensure that the texture of the seal is clear.
3. Photoelectric tracking hair head, that is, electric eyes, should also be cleaned regularly to ensure small error cursor tracking.
4. The material scattered on the material plate must be cleaned in time to keep the machine parts clean.
5. Dusts in the electronic control box are cleaned regularly to prevent problems such as poor contact.
The new assembly machinery must check and tighten the transmission and moving parts within one week of use, and gas maintenance; After that, it must be inspected and maintained regularly every month;
Basic maintenance:
1. Check all parts of the packing machine regularly to avoid loosening.
2. Note that the electrical parts are waterproof, moisture-proof, antiseptic and rate-proof. The electronic control box and wiring terminals should be kept clean in case of electrical failure.
3. Two hot seals should be kept open during downtime to prevent the packing material from being ironed.
4. Regularly lubricate each gear meshing place, bearing oil hole and every moving part of the packing machine with oil. When lubricating, be careful not to drop oil on the belt to prevent skidding or wear damage.
